I am David Tilley.  I started renovating, maintaining and repairing apartments and houses 30 years ago and slowly built a rental business that includes just over 20 apartments now.  I personally handle every aspect of the business from renting to fixing things to shoveling snow and cutting grass.
My years of experience  translates to a better rental experience for my tenants. 
I live in the neighborhood,  a short walk to the apartments I take care of.  
I enjoy having a friendly relationship with all of my tenants as well as the neighbors of my places. I look for quiet responsible tenants.
