PLEASE READ BEFORE SETTING UP A TOUR.
Not everybody is a good fit for my properties. Noise and other disruptive behavior is not ok in my places in order to protect the quality of neighborhood life. Large parties, loud music and other disruptive behavior cannot be part of your lifestyle. This can be tough for many undergraduate students so please consider this before contacting me. If you are looking for the benefits and responsibilities of a quiet friendly neighborhood you have come to the right place.
There is no smoking allowed inside. Responsible pet owners are welcome.
You should email me with times that you are free to come take a look at an apartment. Best hours are from 12 to 6 PM but I can accommodate some weekend and evening times if necessary.
I also appreciate if you tell me about yourself, your preferences, expectations and concerns so I can help determine if you match up well with a particular place.
