I am a small landlord with properties in University city primarily in Powelton Village near Penn and Drexel Universities.  I renovate, repair and personally manage all of my houses and apartments.  I live a short walk from the houses I rent.  I am accessible and involved in the neighborhood.  I strive to create properties that are both great places to live and beneficial to the appearance and quality of life in the neighborhood.   Please email me with any questions or interest.

Not everyboby is a good fit for my properties.I have a  very strict policy regarding noise and behavior.  Large parties, loud music  and any other disruptive behavior is simply not tolerated. My leases do not allow kegs or amplified instruments.   If you are ready to live harmoniously and respectfully with your neighbors then I think you will find my places are the best apartments that can be found in the area.

There is no smoking allowed inside. Responsible pet owners are welcome.

You should email me with times that you are free to come meet me and take a look at the apartment. Best hours are from 12 PM.to 6 PM but I can accomodate some weekend and evening times if necessary.
